Help with a tool
Include the page URL, what you tried and the error message you saw. For image input, use PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 25 MB with dark writing on a light background. The handwriting tool works with ordinary text; the signature tool accepts a drawn or pictured name.
Suggest a correction
For a signature image, include the person’s page and the source that explains the correction. For a guide, identify the heading or sentence and describe the change. Image captions on specimen pages provide their current credit and source context.
Manage a sample
Use “Clear my sample” on the relevant analyzer to remove its saved browser sample and return to the example. Each tool keeps its own sample, so clear handwriting and signature separately when needed. The privacy page describes processing and retention.
